A nest box installed near my home by the municipality, on a water tower. Occupied for 3 years by Common Kestrel Falcons. In the picture, two young juveniles not yet flying, waiting for their parents to feed them.

I'm not usually one to go around and correct people's English, but I had to laugh a little at this one, so I figured I'd better tell you.
You should say "waiting for their parents to feed them", otherwise it's the parents who will be fed
Nice shot, though.

Thanks for the correction, don't hesitate. Certainly, my english needs more practice.

This type of nest box is much appreciated by falcons. It's made especially for this species.
In nature, the kestrel falcon does not build nests but uses cliff cavities or old corvid nests on trees.

I thought so, that it was specially built. It does look like a perfect hatching place for falcons. But the similarity is absolutely striking. :)
